Specified Commercial Transactions Act Disclosure

This page provides disclosures regarding Shinobi Cart in accordance with Article 11 of the Japanese Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.

Shinobi Cart includes cross-border purchasing support, Shinobi Base warehouse receiving, storage, consolidation, and international shipping support for users outside Japan. For transactions with users residing outside Japan, applicable laws, shipping conditions, customs, taxes, return conditions, and service conditions may differ from the information below.

Required Fees Other Than Product PriceShinobi Protection fee, domestic shipping, international shipping, warehouse storage fees, additional shipping differences, payment fees, foreign exchange fees or buffers, customs duties, import taxes, customs-related charges, return, reshipping, disposal, and other fees displayed in the order flow or fee guide. Shinobi Protection is charged on all transactions handled through Shinobi Cart and is the greater of S$5 or 1.5% of the applicable transaction amount unless otherwise shown. Standard proxy purchase handling, consolidation, and normal packing are included in Shinobi Protection unless otherwise stated for special handling.

Payment TimingFor Shinobi Cart product orders and proxy purchase requests, the user's payment method may first be authorized or placed in a capture-pending state at the time of order or request. The product or proxy purchase payment is generally captured or finally settled after Shinobi Cart confirms that the product can be purchased or secured from the source shop. If the product cannot be purchased or secured due to stock, price change, restrictions, or other source-shop or operational reasons, the authorization may be released or any applicable refund may be processed according to payment provider rules. Shipping instructions, international shipping fee confirmation, additional billing, or other services follow the timing displayed on each screen.
Product Delivery / Service TimingTiming varies depending on source shop shipment, domestic delivery, warehouse arrival, user shipping instructions, international shipping fee confirmation, user payment, carrier, customs, and destination-country conditions. After required payment and shipping procedures are completed, Shinobi Cart will arrange international shipping within 3 business days in ordinary cases, unless delays arise due to package condition, carrier restrictions, customs, prohibited/restricted item review, operational constraints, or other circumstances.
Proxy Purchase TimingAfter user request, product/shop/prohibited item/stock/price review, and payment authorization or capture-pending confirmation, Shinobi Cart will attempt purchase if the item is deemed purchasable. Successful purchase is not guaranteed. Payment is captured or finally settled only after successful purchase or securing of the item; if purchase cannot be completed, the authorization may be released or any applicable refund may be processed.
Shinobi Base / Declare Package TimingFor packages purchased by the user outside Shinobi Cart and sent to Shinobi Base, package information will be reflected in the user's account after Shinobi Cart can receive, identify, and register the package. Undeclared, incomplete, unidentified, prohibited, or restricted items may be held, restricted, returned, disposed of, or otherwise limited.
Shipping CarrierShinobi Cart initially supports Japan Post. Additional carriers may be added depending on destination country, package type, service availability, and operational conditions.
Returns and CancellationsConditions differ depending on transaction stage, including product order, proxy purchase, external purchase, warehouse arrival, packing, and shipment. Cancellation, return, exchange, or refund may not be available depending on source shop rules, product characteristics, prohibited/restricted item status, carrier rules, customs, and payment status. Shinobi Original products are handled under the same general returns and cancellations policy unless a separate condition is shown on the product page or checkout screen.
Return Shipping and Related CostsCosts arising from user convenience, failed delivery, refusal, incorrect address, customs failure, prohibited/restricted items, return to seller, reshipping, storage, customs duties, import taxes, or related handling are generally borne by the user. For items purchased outside Shinobi Cart, the user is generally responsible for arranging returns with the source shop.
Defective Items / Wrong DeliveryIf an issue is attributable to Shinobi Cart, Shinobi Cart will review and respond individually. However, for proxy-purchased items and externally purchased items, Shinobi Cart does not guarantee the source shop's product descriptions, authenticity, quality, condition, initial defects, age-related deterioration, or missing accessories.
Sales Quantity / Usage RestrictionsRestrictions may apply depending on product, shop, destination country, carrier, prohibited/restricted item rules, stock, and Shinobi Cart's operational capacity.
Application Validity PeriodProduct prices, stock, shipping fees, exchange rates, campaigns, and estimates may change. If a validity period is displayed on any screen, estimate, invoice, or notification, that period applies.
Storage FeesStorage fees are calculated per item. Storage may be free for the first 30 days after warehouse receipt. From Day 31, storage fees may apply. Current intended rule: S$1 per item per day, capped at S$60 per item. Detailed conditions will be displayed in the Service, Terms & Conditions, Storage Policy, or Fee Guide.
Disposal / HandlingIn cases such as long-term storage, non-payment, no response, prohibited/restricted items, failed delivery, or lack of user instruction, Shinobi Cart may, after notice where appropriate, dispose of, return, hold, or otherwise handle the item as reasonably necessary.
Display Currency / Exchange RatesProduct prices, shipping fees, points, vouchers, and billing amounts may be displayed in Japanese yen or the currency selected by the user. Foreign currency display may be based on exchange rates, payment fees, and exchange buffers determined by Shinobi Cart or payment providers.
System RequirementsThe Service may be used through web browsers, smartphones, and PCs. Some functions may not operate properly depending on the device, browser, or network environment.
Special Sales or Service ConditionsSpecial conditions may apply depending on prohibited/restricted items, destination country, shipping method availability, payment method, storage period, proxy purchase source shop, or source shop rules.
