After the required payment and shipping procedures are completed, Shinobi Cart will arrange international shipment within 3 business days in ordinary cases. This may be delayed if there are issues with package condition, prohibited or restricted item review, carrier restrictions, customs, payment, missing user information, or operational constraints.

Shinobi Cart does not guarantee delivery by a specific date unless expressly stated for a specific service.

7. Customs, Duties, and Import Rules

The user is responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Destination-country fees

If a package is delayed, rejected, returned, or disposed of by customs or a carrier, additional fees may apply.

Some items cannot be shipped internationally or may require special handling. Users should check the Prohibited Items page before ordering or declaring items.

Items may be refused, held, returned, or disposed of if they are prohibited, restricted, unsafe, illegal, incorrectly declared, or not accepted by the carrier or destination country.
