1. Account Registration

2. Shinobi Protection
Shinobi Protection is charged on all transactions handled through Shinobi Cart.

Notes:
- Shinobi Protection is charged in addition to product price, domestic shipping, international shipping, storage fees, customs duties, import taxes, exchange buffers, return, reshipping, disposal, and any other applicable fees.
- If a transaction is canceled before payment is captured or finally settled, the authorization may be released according to payment provider rules. If payment has already been captured or finally settled, any refund is handled according to the applicable cancellation and refund rules.
- Special packing, oversized items, unusual handling, return, reshipping, disposal, or other non-standard work may require separate costs if shown before confirmation or notified through the Service.
3. Product Price

4. Domestic Shipping in Japan

5. International Shipping

6. Proxy Purchase

Notes:
- Shinobi Cart may decline a proxy purchase request if the item is out of stock, prohibited, restricted, high risk, price-changed, unavailable to purchase, or otherwise unsuitable.
- A proxy purchase request does not guarantee successful purchase.
7. Consolidation and Packing

8. Storage Fees

Storage fee is calculated per item. Storage ends for that item when the user submits packing/shipping instructions for the item.
Before disposal, Shinobi Cart will provide notice where reasonably possible through email, in-app notification, account dashboard, or inquiry/message history.
9. Payment and Currency

10. Points and Vouchers

11. Return, Reshipping, and Disposal Costs

12. Important Notes
- Fees shown in the service, checkout, shipping instruction screen, invoice, or notification take priority for the relevant transaction.
- Some fees cannot be determined until the package arrives at the warehouse and size/weight are measured.
- Shinobi Cart may update this Fee Guide from time to time.
- This Fee Guide should be read together with the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Specified Commercial Transactions Act Disclosure, Prohibited Items, and FAQ.
