1. General Rule

Because Shinobi Cart handles cross-border purchases, proxy purchases, warehouse receiving, consolidation, and international shipping, cancellation and return conditions differ by transaction stage.

Some purchases cannot be cancelled or returned after payment, purchase, warehouse receipt, packing, shipment, or customs processing.

2. Products Purchased on Shinobi Cart

3. Proxy Purchase Requests

Return to source shopUser is responsible for return permission, shipping, fees, and any non-refundable costs

4. Shinobi Base / Externally Purchased Items

For items purchased by the user outside Shinobi Cart and sent to Shinobi Base:

  • Shinobi Cart is not the seller of the item.
  • Return, exchange, or refund must generally be handled with the source shop.
  • The user is responsible for return permission, return shipping, customs, taxes, storage, and related costs.
  • Shinobi Cart may assist with return shipment if operationally possible and permitted by the carrier.

5. Shinobi Original Products

Shinobi Original products are handled under the same general returns and cancellations policy unless a separate condition is shown on the product page or checkout screen.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an issue is caused by Shinobi Cart, Shinobi Cart will review and respond individually.

For products purchased from third-party shops or externally purchased by the user, Shinobi Cart does not guarantee:

  • Source shop product description
  • Authenticity
  • Quality
  • Condition
  • Initial defects
  • Missing accessories
  • Packaging condition

If warehouse inspection finds damage or a mismatch, Shinobi Cart may contact the user through the inquiry/message system before shipment.

7. Shipping, Customs, and Delivery Issues

The user may be responsible for additional fees if:

  • Delivery fails due to incorrect address
  • Recipient refuses the package
  • Customs rejects or holds the package
  • Import duties or taxes are unpaid
  • Carrier returns the package
  • Reshipping is required

8. Refund Method

Refunds, if approved, may be issued through the original payment method, points, voucher, account credit, or another method designated by Shinobi Cart, depending on payment provider rules and operational constraints.

9. Non-Refundable Fees

The following may be non-refundable depending on the situation:

  • Domestic shipping fee
  • International shipping fee after shipment
  • Storage fee already incurred
  • Packing or consolidation fee
  • Payment processing fee
  • Customs duty or import tax
  • Source shop cancellation fee
  • Return shipping or reshipping fee
